By placing an order, you as a client are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth by Blue Bridge Web Services.

 

 

Payment Policy

Payments must be made in full before any work begins. Once work begins payments are non-refundable.

Payments are excepted via paypal which will process Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All payments must be made online via our invoicing system.
 

Cancellation & Refunds

Once an order is placed work begins, and refunds are not issued. However, we do reserve the right to issue future design credits on a case by case basis.

Rights

The graphic designer reserves the right to display commissioned work/graphics on Blue Bridge Web Services website, portfolio, and social media outlets. The Soar Web Developer's owns all master files and drafts and does not issue those files for public viewing.

Liability

Blue Bridge Web Services will not be held responsible for any damages (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages), that arise from working on your project including, but not limited to, failure to perform in a timely manner, whether said failure was intentional or negligent.

Order Delivery Times

Turn around times vary for different projects. If the agreed upon completion date cannot be met due to high demand, we reserve the right to extend your delivery date up to 10 business days if needed.
